The Beginning of the OBJourney

Background
Brian Citizen was marketing an incentives program to a large regional bank and making major strides with the Executive Assistant, to the Vice President of Human Resources. After reviewing her “professional emails”, saturated with smiley faces…accompanied by the never ending phone calls, Brian realized he was dealing with a Sanguine individual (talkative, enthusiastic, and curious). Upon building a good rapport with her, she bluntly expressed her concern that higher level executives were used to dealing with individuals “That used their words differently”. Brian, taken aback because he is usually applauded for his verbal prowess, saw deeper into her comment that there must be some kind of lingo that he wasn’t privy too. He concluded that he was not the only millennial, who wished to communicate more effectively within the corporate environment. Brian consulted with close friends, Omojo Odihi and Joshua Porter, who have already had corporate environment experience and also saw the need for more effective communication young professionals. The consultation led into the creation of Objourney.com!
